The Career Exploration Club of Tennessee After School Program and Summer Camp will provide educational opportunities that will help identify and strengthen academic weaknesses of each student (in reading, writing and math skills), while teaching basic life skills, and providing exposure to career opportunities in various industries. Students will learn essential skills in gardening, cooking, basic sewing, woodworking, and more. Our goal is to open their minds to the vast range of possible careers through hands-on projects, meaningful field trips, and mentorship opportunities with industry professionals. This summer program is the start of a program that will continue during the school year as an after school program. 

The reality of economic and social disparities exists within our community.  In an effort to close that gap, I am reaching out to the North Nashville community, asking for your financial support by sponsoring camp expenses of one of our 8-12 summer campers.  This donation will not only strengthen and make available life changing resources to support students, but also will assist in closing the gap, creating opportunities for success.
